Rental Charges

Our South Patio rents for $400 for a 5 hour period
The West Patio (partially enclosed) rents for $200 (Sunday through Thursday only)
The North Patio (El Encanto Dos) rents for $200 (Sunday though Thursday only)
Ceremony set-up charge is an additional $100
$2.00 per person for set up including white linens and napkins
All parties serving cakes must pay for cake cutting service at $1.00 per person.

Bar Charges

We can supply a private bartender for a $100.00 charge to any party.
All parties serving liquor other than the margarita fountain must have a bartender.

Entertainment and Outside Services

If you wish to have a disc jockey provide entertainment or your party, you must select one from our preferred list, see page 8. Any other musical options must be pre-approved by El Encanto Management.
We have excellent florists, photographers, entertainers (including: Mariachis) and a variety of other service providers that we may recommend as well. We would be happy to assist you in making arrangements.

Sales tax is 8.8%, and Gratuity is 20%.

We do not guarantee performance on any of the above recommendations, however, several guests have been pleased with their work.

Banquet and Special Event Policy Agreement

1. A $200.00 (+ tax) deposit is required to confirm any function. This is a non-refundable deposit that applies towards the cost of your party.

2. A minimum guarantee of attendance and full payment must be received before noon seven working days prior to the event. The guarantee is the minimum number for which you will be charged. If the attendance exceeds the guarantee, billing will be for the actual number of guests in attendance.

3. All food and beverage served at El Encanto (with the exception of special occasion cakes) will be provided by El Encanto.

4. El Encanto reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions, including, but not limited to music and decorations. Liability for damages to the premises will be charged to the responsible party.

5. Only those disc jockeys listed on our preferred list may work at El Encanto. We reserve the right to refuse any music selections that may be offensive to our regular patrons, as well as the volume at which the music is played. No heavy rock, rap or karaoke will be allowed.

6. We are sorry, but due to limited space, El Encanto cannot assume responsibility for party items stored such as cakes, dresses, floral arrangements, etc. Also, we urge each party to make a final check of the area before leaving, as we cannot accept liability for lost or stolen items. Unfortunately, our business license does not allow us to permit guests to supply their own liquor.

7. El Encanto cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or personal articles prior to, during, or after your function.

8. If payment is not made and account is referred for collections, responsible party will pay all reasonable collection fees and legal costs incurred.

9. El Encanto, in conjunction with the State of Arizona Liquor Laws, reserves the right to refuse alcohol service at its discretion. In the interest of El Encanto and its guests, alcohol will not be provided to any individual that exhibits any of the symptoms indicating possible intoxication.
